Terms and conditions governing your use of EcoFlow Oyo's waste management services and digital platforms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EcoFlow Oyo website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Use of Service

The Service is provided by EcoFlow Oyo for waste management, reporting, and related activities within Oyo State. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

Accounts and Registration

Where registration is required, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow Oyo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity) shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the laws of Oyo State, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oyo State.
