How to Report Waste Issues and Use Approved Collectors

Official Channels for Waste and Environmental Issues
If you need waste evacuation, have a complaint about collection, or want to report illegal dumping, use the official channels below.
OYOWMA / Mottainai:
- Call center: 0700 080 0700
- WhatsApp: 08181900004
EcoFlow Oyo (this site):
- Report — Report unauthorized waste disposal in your area. Our task force can follow up with the Ministry of Environment and OYOWMA.

Register with Approved Collectors
Residents and commercial operators must register with government-approved waste collectors. Only licensed PSPs and Mottainai Accredited Franchisees (MAFs) are authorized to collect and transport waste to approved dumpsites. Payments are cashless (bank transfer, POS, or direct bank deposit); you will receive bills in advance.
Using unapproved operators contributes to illegal dumping and undermines the state's waste management system. Check that your collector is licensed and appears on the official lists. If in doubt, contact the call center or the Ministry of Environment.
Your Role in a Cleaner Oyo
Proper waste disposal is a collective responsibility. By reporting illegal dumping, using only approved collectors, and disposing of waste at designated points, you help keep Oyo State beautiful and safe for everyone. Use the Report page whenever you see unauthorized waste disposal in your area.
